Ingredients
- Full glass of crushed ice
- double shot (50ml) of Rockfield Blueberry Gin
- Single Shot (25ml) of Passoa
- Half Squeezed lemon
- 2tbsp sugar syrup
- Sparkling water
- Frozen raspberries for garnish
Method
Fill a tumbler glass with crushed ice
Add a double shot (50ml) of Rockfield Blueberry Gin
Add single shot of Passoa
Squeeze in half a lemon
Add 2tbsp sugar syrup
Garnish with frozen raspberries
