One ripe passion fruit
50ml Rockfield Tropical Gin
25ml Passoa
25ml Prosecco
Method
- Scoop seeds from one passion fruit into a cocktail shaker.
- Add Rockfield Tropical Gin, Passoã, lime juice, sugar syrup, and a good handful of ice.
- Shake vigorously (to create froth and chill well), then strain into 2 martini or coupe glasses.
- Top each with a splash of prosecco.
- Garnish with half a passion fruit (use the remaining one), floating on top.
