These terms and conditions apply to customers who order products from our website. 

All our gin products are made with the finest ingredients and are carefully crafted for your enjoyment. 

Orders

Orders must be paid for in advance. Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirmation. We will contact you if there are any problems with stock, pricing or delivery.

If you have made a mistake with your order please contact us and we will take steps to amend the order where possible.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. You can have full confidence that our online ordering service is fully secure.

Shipping and delivery

We can only deliver to UK domestic addresses.  We use a reliable shipping carrier to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.

We offer two delivery options. Our Fast Delivery aims to get your order to you within 1-2 business days. Our Standard Delivery usually arrives within 3-5 business days. There may also be occasions when delivery will take longer due to factors outside our control.

Age requirement

By using our website, you confirm that you are the legal drinking age, 18 years or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age before fulfilling any order.

Price

The price of the product will be the price as indicated on the order page when you placed your order. We will not be obliged to fulfil orders for products that are priced incorrect on the website,

Online Returns Policy

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

However if you are not satisfied when you receive your items, you are eligible to return your item but it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must pay for your own Returns postage. You may return the item to

When we have received the goods and know that it is unused and still in saleable condition we will refund you on the same card that you paid with. The refund amount you will receive will be the total sale value minus any delivery fee. 

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require you to provide photo evidence, and we will refund you within 30 days of you notifying us, unless you would like us to send you another product.

If the product is damaged when the courier arrives at your door,  and shows clear signs of breakage or leakage please refuse the parcel and ask the courier to send it back. Please contact us on hello@rockfieldspirits.co.uk to let us know and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We will endeavour to ensure that the information displayed on this website is current and accurate. However we cannot be held liable to any errors. This includes stock levels, images, descriptions and prices
