Who?
At Rockfield Distillery, we pride ourselves on being “The Spirit of Hereford”. Our award-winning products have brought recognition to our local community and have given us broad opportunities!
While crafting our signature Sloe wasn’t a simple road, we are thankful to admit we didn’t work alone! Professional Welsh union rugby player James Botham has worked alongside our team and developed the recipe for our Rockfield Sloe gin.
What?
Rockfield Sloe Gin is a sweet yet sharp mix, incorporating the base of our classic Rockfield Dry Gin with the fruity Sloe berry.
Sloe berries typically ripen in the autumn months, becoming a deep purple-blue berry encased in a wax-like skin. These berries grow in hedgerows and woodlands, much like blackberries, and produce a milky white flower in early spring, before blooming and ripening from August onwards.
Our Sloe guarantees luxury with every sip, and its beautiful red hue is the perfect festive pop of colour you’ll be looking for this Christmas!

Our bottles carry a unique feature of decorative botanicals used in each gin recipe scaling the glass. This bottle features the wildlife local to our area who enjoy grazing on the Sloe berry and transparent glass bottle allows for the vibrant hue of the Sloe to be appreciated.
