Start your experience the right way with a welcome drink served in our distillery bar. Choose between our multi-award-winning Rockfield Dry Gin or our smooth signature Spiced Rum before joining us for a flavour-packed journey through the world of spirits, right here at Rockfield Spirits in Hereford.

Your visit includes a guided tour of our working distillery, where you’ll see exactly how our spirits are made from selecting botanicals and blending flavours to firing up the still and bottling the final product. You’ll even get to meet our copper still, Doris, the heart of our operation.

After the tour, we’ll move back into the bar for your tasting experience. Guests can choose between a curated gin tasting tray or a rum tasting tray, each carefully paired with mixers and guided by our expert team. We’ll talk you through the flavours and aromas, share a few distillery secrets, and invite you to ask questions and share your own tasting notes along the way.
